Rockstar is giving GTA Online players $1 million for logging in this week.
To get the money, open GTA Online any time from August 6 to August 12. Rockstar will add GTA$1 million to your account within 72 hours. You do not need to complete a mission, win an event or subscribe to GTA+. Rockstar is also preparing a new GTA 6 video later this month.
The free money is part of Rockstar’s End of Summer Giveaway. It is the easiest offer in a larger week built around Cayo Perico.
If you have not played in a while, the rule is simple. Log in before August 12, then wait for the GTA$1 million to reach your account.
What GTA Online players can get this week
The free bonus is not the only reason to return. The Panther Statue is back as a primary target in The Cayo Perico Heist.
Rockstar says every player will find it on their first Cayo Perico run during the event. The statue is one of the heist’s most valuable targets and does not appear all the time.
Players who complete the Cayo Perico Heist Finale from August 6 to August 12 will also receive the Panther Tour Jacket.
This gives two groups a reason to play. New and returning players can claim the free GTA$1 million. Regular heist players can use their first run to get the Panther Statue.
Rockstar is also paying double GTA$ and RP in Assault on Cayo Perico. Meanwhile, Cayo Perico Survival has returned. Survive three waves to complete the weekly challenge for GTA$100,000 and the Noise Rockstar Logo Aged Tee.
Other GTA Online deals this week
A Superyacht Life missions are paying double GTA$ and RP. Selected Community Mission Series jobs are paying triple rewards on supported versions of the game.
There are discounts too. Paleto Bay businesses and both Karin Kuruma versions are 60% off. Also, High-End Apartments and Benny’s conversion upgrades are 40% off.
The full event has plenty for players who want to earn more. But the login bonus is still the main offer because it asks for almost nothing.
Rockstar says the GTA$1 million can take up to 72 hours to arrive. Do not expect it to appear the moment you enter Los Santos.
