Instant Sports 2 is a casual, family-friendly sports collection. Breakfirst Games developed it, and Maximum Entertainment publishes it. It launches digitally on July 16, 2026 for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. Physical editions follow later in the year, and a PC version is also listed on Steam. In fact, it is the sequel to 2019’s Instant Sports, which sold more than 1.5 million copies. It also carries an Everyone 10+ rating. Maximum Entertainment has not confirmed the price yet. Still, this sits firmly in budget, Wii Sports-style party-game territory.
What is inside
The headline is ten arcade sports with simple, pick-up-and-play controls. There are no complicated tutorials. Confirmed events include baseball, tennis, boxing, mini-golf and mountain biking. On top of that, you get padel, rafting and base jumping, with a few more rounding out the ten. Meanwhile, you can play solo, in local multiplayer for up to four players on one screen, or online. As you play, you earn tickets based on your score and ranking. Then you spend them in a shop to unlock outfits, equipment and visual effects. Finally, an explorable sports park hub ties it all together, with a vibrant themed zone for each sport.

The look is bright, clean and family-friendly. Each sport gets its own colorful themed area inside the park. Above all, it is approachable and easy to read for players of any age. That is exactly what this kind of game needs.
