The good news is that the developers of Dune Awakening are currently aware of this issue. While responding to a player on Reddit, a Funcom staff member noted that they’re already investigating the issue.

As suggested by a player, this involves logging out and returning to the menus. An alternative fix is to restart your console as soon as the issue arises.
